The problem with our diet is the fact we eat to much sugar and carbohydrates. What we need to do it switch to a diet rich in quality fats, grass-fed meats and dairy. I personal lost 22 lbs and gain lots of energy doing The Diet Plan. If it worked for me it can surely work for you!!!
